Welcome to 'Good to go' , a podcast for small service businesses but especially those in the Spa, Clinic and salon sector looking to grow financially.

My name is Carl Hinder and I am essentially a 'sales strategy coach' , helping you, the business owner find ways to grow sales.

Good to go is about knowing when you have something that is ' Good to go', something that is good enough to progress your business. Procrastination or the search for perfection means we lose our ability to move with demand, and hardly ever get ahead.

This episode talks about why salon owners are making a mistake when they convert to the chair or room rental market and don't charge enough. Giving away your sales, your clients and your reputation!

Good to go, is about realising when good is good enough and when you are not good enough. 'Good to Go' takes you to the next level.
I don't want you to feel overwhelmed by business, I want you to realise that there are things that need attention, and those things don't need to be perfect, they just need to be good enough.

I've been in the retail industry and the salon/spa industry for over 30 years, with coaching, mentoring, public speaking, book author and app developer amongst my many achievements so far.
