Welcome to 'Good to go' , a podcast for small service businesses but especially those in the Spa, Clinic and salon sector looking to grow financially.

My name is Carl Hinder and I am essentially a 'sales strategy coach' , helping you, the business owner find ways to grow sales.

Good to go is about knowing when you have something that is ' Good to go', something that is good enough to progress your business. Procrastination or the search for perfection means we lose our ability to move with demand, and hardly ever get ahead.

This episode talks about why staff leave after you have trained them, and what you could do about it?. Do you accept that nothing can be done and give up? or would a new approach work?

I don't want you to feel overwhelmed by business, I want you to realise that there are things that need attention, and those things don't need to be perfect, they just need to be good enough.
